Blue Bytes is part of the Blue Lotus Group of Companies, one of the fast emerging communication consultancies in India. Established in 2002, Blue Lotus has, very quickly, made a name for itself in key areas of communication. The group caters to some of the world’s leading business sectors like Technology, Finance, Healthcare and Retail. Clients include the likes of Dun & Bradstreet, Maruti, ICICI, Asian Paints, IBM, J & J, Bharat Matrimony and Trend Micro, among others.

About us

The nature of operations at Blue Bytes best falls under the heading: ‘Information Logistics’. It offers news tracking and monitoring either as a stand-alone service or to supplement the offerings of the other group companies. Information, in whatever form, is seen today as a vital organisational asset. At Blue Bytes, the emphasis is in trying to make this information available at one place in one time. The extent of news covered is varied and ranges from latest industry developments to competitor information. The collective aim is to offer key market intelligence that puts our clients in a strategically advantageous position.

Infrastructure

Blue Bytes is a currently a 17-member strong team. However, given the increasing scope of work, plans are underway to induct more people in each of the branch offices so as to drive business.
The Blue Bytes team uses a specific technology which is a proprietary sequence of the OCR software. Each member of the team has a designated Pentium IV computer powered by an SQL server, with Windows 2003 as the server operating system.

Soumitro Mukherji – Chief Operating Officer
An MBA (Marketing & Finance) from XLRI with close to 20 years of diversified experience. Soumitro has worked with brands like HLL, Sony, Asian Paints, M & M, Pepsi-co and Airtel. He has built brands, conceptualized and successfully executed communications campaigns for these giant corporations.

Mr.Piyush Jain - Business Development Manager
An engineer and MBA by qualification started his career in the petrochemical industry and later became an entrepreneur, looking after his family business. He is capable of taking independent decisions and now wants to explore new challenges in the corporate world.

Jayaprakash Pujari – Operational Head
Under Soumitro’s able guidance, Jayaprakash oversees the work executed by the entire team. A Commerce graduate, he is very much a veteran in the area of News Monitoring with over five years of experience.
